Morelia, Michoacán, November 5, 2023.- A total of 539 students from the Technological University of Morelia (UTM) were selected as beneficiaries of the Benito Juárez Wellbeing Scholarship program, which provides support of 2,575 pesos per month.
 
The rector of the UTM, Graciela C. Andrade García Peláez, congratulated all the chosen students, and urged the remaining students to stay tuned, since 700 more students are expected to be selected in January 2024.
 
García Peláez added that the National Coordination of Benito Juárez Welfare Scholarships will soon provide detailed information on the payment process so that the beneficiaries can effectively receive the economic benefit.
 
The beneficiary selection process was carried out after a call made by the Technological University of Morelia on September 12, through an informative assembly aimed at students, in which the registration process was explained.
 
There, the rector Graciela Andrade García Peláez encouraged the students to take advantage of the benefits of these scholarships and to be attentive to the necessary procedures to receive the monthly support of 2,575 pesos, which is granted for a period of up to 10 months in the fiscal year 2023.
