Sedeco advances in commitments with businessmen and UTM

In follow-up to the commitment to link them with the educational sector and carry out joint promotion, the person in charge of the Sedeco Office, Rubén Medina González, and representatives of the company that will build a logistics and industrial park in the metropolitan area of ​​Morelia, visited the Technological University of Morelia (UTM).

Morelia, Michoacán, June 29, 2022.- In follow-up to the commitment to link them with the educational sector and carry out joint promotion, the person in charge of the Sedeco Office, Rubén Medina González, and representatives of the company that will build a logistics and industrial park in the metropolitan area of ​​Morelia, visited the Technological University of Morelia (UTM).
 
Accompanied by the rector of that institution, Graciela Andrade García Peláez, and by directors of the company that will carry out the investment, the official expressed his confidence that, before the end of the year, the road that will allow the construction of the industrial buildings in the park.
 
He explained that the Ministry of Economic Development assesses which sectors and industries are the ones that should be developed, in order to take “precision shots; He assured that in this task there are many years of study and joint work between the Government of Michoacán, the academy and the private initiative to promote the economic development of the state.
 
For her part, the rector of the UTM expressed that the meeting with the businessmen and the Secretariat of Economic Development opens up well-founded possibilities of linking efforts “that seemed bogged down”; He considered that there is nothing more satisfying for young people than having a reward for their effort, such as having a decent job.
 
In her speech, the representative of the company that will make the investment assured that it will be the first triple A industrial park in Michoacán, in a project that will have micro and macro lots, according to the needs of the companies.
 
Coinciding with the position of the head of Sedeco, he expressed that the company is interested in the talent of the students staying in the companies of Michoacán.
 
The directors of Fund and Project Management, Gerson Nery Rodríguez Vargas, and of Business Development and Social Economy, Jesús Rubén Calderón Calvillo, also participated in this activity, who presented the services offered by Espacio Emprendedor for entrepreneurs and businessmen to the students.
