UTM and IEESSPP sign an agreement for professional stays in technological projects

Morelia Michoacán, October 30, 2022.- In order for students to develop technological projects based on the internet of things for 460 hours, the Morelia Technological University (UTM) signed a collaboration agreement with the State Institute of Higher Studies in Security and Police Professionalization (IEESSPP) as the host institution for professional stays, as well as for sports exchanges. 

Professionals in Higher University Technicians (TSU) are highly required by various industries, where the development of technologies is the main demand, highlighted the rector of the UTM, Graciela Andrade García, noting that it makes available reliable and committed students who will bring results conducive to public safety.

The director of the IEESSPP, Julisa Suárez Bucio, highlighted that useful products are generated through the analysis of information for operational actions such as crime prevention, for this reason the development of projects coordinated with the students in the police intelligence matters. 

As part of the collaboration agreement between both institutions, professional stays may also be developed in the kitchen, human and financial resources area, in addition to the use of laboratories as sports infrastructure spaces.
