Morelia, Michoacán, August 8, 2023.- Within the framework of the twenty-third anniversary of the Technological University of Morelia (UTM), the institution officially inaugurated the new seven soccer field, a significant benefit for students and a milestone in its commitment to comprehensive and quality education.

This annual celebration brings with it a week full of academic, sports and cultural activities that promote the participation and comprehensive development of students. More than 75 events designed to enrich the educational experience and foster community spirit are scheduled for this exciting week.

The highlight of the celebration will be the formal ceremony on Thursday, August 10, marking the heart of the festivities for the 23rd anniversary of the Technological University of Morelia. This special event will bring together students, teaching and administrative staff, as well as distinguished guests from the academic community, federal, state and local authorities. 

The rector of the UTM, Graciela C. Andrade, highlighted the importance of these initiatives in the educational vision of the institution. “We are committed to providing a comprehensive, quality education that is directly focused on our students, who are the backbone of our community. The inauguration of the seven-a-side soccer field and the variety of events that will take place this week reflect our continued commitment to its development and success,” he said.
