Zinapécuaro, Michoacán, December 19, 2022.- Students from the Technological University of Morelia (UTM) of the Zinapécuaro Campus organize the 1st. Exhibition in the Main Square to promote the knowledge acquired and the products they have managed to produce.
The rector Graciela Andrade García Peláez informed that in the registration process of January 2023, the careers will be expanded, including Mechatronics, in which automated and control systems are developed and maintained, using appropriate technology, according to standards, technical specifications. and security to improve and maintain production processes.
He explained that the registrations for Engineering in Biotechnology and Gastronomy will also be maintained, which have proven to be an opportunity for young people from Queréndaro, and from communities such as Araro, San José del Rincón and Ucareo, among others.
Celina Camacho González and Gerardo Pérez Carmona made a prototype for cleaning gray water, until it was ready for agricultural use, as part of the Biotechnology tasks.
While the Gastronomy students presented samples of the desserts they learned, the making of blackberry jam that they already market and preparation of aguachile with characteristics, tamales and above all the correct ways to set up a tasting table.
