Morelia, Michoacán, September 20, 2022.- In order to achieve a better organization and increase educational quality, in this first year of government, the Technological University of Morelia (UTM) restructured its organization chart, according to the number of students and careers that are offered, and optimizing economic resources.
During the Government of Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, the Academic Directorate of the University was created, through which the academies were reinstated by educational program; criteria were established for the academic load and the development of research projects; A Leveling and Training Plan for Teaching and Technical-Academic Staff is being developed for certification, starting with the Information Technology and Gastronomy careers, explained the rector Graciela Andrade García Peláez.
The foregoing was achieved by optimizing economic resources in such a way that 22 positions were created in the new organization chart and organizational structure that were authorized by the Expenditure and Financing Commission.
