Estudiantes del d\u00e9cimo cuatrimestre de la carrera de Gastronom\u00eda de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Morelia desarrollan un proyecto, como parte de la materia integradora, para la comercializaci\u00f3n del mezcal artesanal michoacano Aumea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El grupo, conformado por 30 estudiantes, organiz\u00f3 sus funciones en \u00e1reas de dise\u00f1o de marca, logotipo, direcci\u00f3n de ventas, comercializaci\u00f3n y marketing. El mezcal, que proviene de la comunidad de Caratacua, localidad del municipio de Coeneo, fue seleccionado tras diversas pruebas de sabor y estilo en colaboraci\u00f3n con el maestro mezcalero Sergio Arturo Hern\u00e1ndez Gami\u00f1o, originario de Zacapu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudiante Carlo Navarro Reyna se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este proyecto representa una oportunidad para aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en la materia integradora y promover una bebida tradicional de Michoac\u00e1n. Coment\u00f3 que ya se encuentran en proceso para iniciar el registro de marca y certificaci\u00f3n para su futura exportaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional e internacional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto cuenta con la asesor\u00eda del docente Hugo Mora Alcaraz y busca consolidarse como una empresa formal.
