 1.1 Collect samples of organic and inorganic composition considering the characteristics of the environment and the processes, for analysis.

1.2 Analyze samples of organic and inorganic composition using physicochemical and instrumental analysis methods, considering the applicable regulations to provide information that contributes to decision-making in the corresponding area.

1.3 Organize human, material, and infrastructure resources through service planning to ensure the continuity of laboratory operations and the optimization of resources.

 

2. Transform raw materials through biotechnological processes to obtain important metabolites in the area of ​​health and agri-food.

2.1 Develop biological analyzes applying the corresponding techniques and considering the reference parameters, to interpret the results and propose improvements to the procedures.

2.2 Generate bioprocesses applying biotechnological handling and production techniques and procedures to obtain biological products for application in the health and agri-food areas.
