More than 100 new students will join the semester

Morelia, Michoacán, January 17, 2023.- The Technological University of Morelia (UTM) is ready to start the first four-month period of the year next Monday, January 23, as reported by the rector of the educational institution, Graciela Andrade Garcia Pelaez.

The rector also announced that a total of 121 new students will join this semester, after the extraordinary admission process that took place in recent days.

"This process was opened from the end of 2022 as an opportunity for young people who, due to family or socioeconomic complications, were unable to enroll in the September-December 2022 semester and it has worked," he said.

The careers that new students will enter are Gastronomy, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Biotechnology, Multiplatform Software Development, Virtual Environments and Digital Business, as well as Design and Industrial Fashion.
